Example Intellect Architecture
The Intellect processes
can be assembled in flexible ways to create custom solutions, with NO
programming, using our "off the shelf" software.
This
diagram shows a system that predicts product performance, interprets it to see
if it is in specification, and if not, initiates an optimization process to
bring the product back into control. The quality of the optimization is
also interpreted and if fails a quality standard, a flagger sets a bit in the
control system's registers to indicate the control system should go into
manual. The product performance prediction model's accuracy is monitored
using a model accuracy tester. The model's accuracy is also interpreted
and if fails quality criteria, an alert is issued via email.
Also, a heartbeat process is continually running sending signals to the control system that Process Intellect is "alive". If there is a server or network failure, the control system is instructed to sound an alert and go into manual.
All data handling, modeling and optimization scheme development were done with iManageData, iUnderstand and iImprove respectively.
