Step 1: Send Us Some Data

Send us your data, we'll analyze it for you and return a detailed report on the ability to achieve the desired results with the information provided.  With this understanding, moving to a workshop is easily justified.

 

Step 2: Do a Workshop

We conduct a workshop on-site with your team and clearly establish your opportunities and goals with specific metrics. We do top-down planning to determine your requirements and quantify your achievable business benefit. You receive a Workshop Summary Report and a budgetary proposal. This Investment / Benefit analysis provides the supporting documentation for your internal pilot approval process.

 

Step 3: Implement a Pilot

We execute a pilot project together in defined roles to achieve the results. Performance gains are measured against expectations and your investment, in the form of cost and schedule, are managed professionally. Our project managers have successfully completed projects up to $50 million on schedule and under budget.
